We are committed to train students throughout the country and abroad, helping them acquire Business and IT skills and thus fulfilling their professional ambitions.
We are looking for…
· - A current student or fresh graduate from a university study program;
· - A person with good creativity, communication and problem solving skills;
· - Someone who has previously worked in projects / internships / jobs involving customer care;
· - An intermediate English language speaker.
You will…
· - Act as first point of contact for all student inquiries;
· - Protectively initiate communication with students in order to evaluate and improve the quality of service we provide;
· - Manage email, phone and correspondence with students, as well as registering all actions taken;
· - Offer information to students about fully using the educational resources they have access to (platform, library, CD releases etc.);
- Inform students on all upcoming events (both in and outside LINK group), such as seminars, job fairs or conferences specific to the students' interests;
· - Maintain contact with all departments in order to escalate any issues towards responsible parties;
- Identify and suggest means of improvement based on customer feedback.
The position is available…
· - Full-time (8 hours/day during the week and every second Saturday), at either one of our branches in Romania (Bucharest OR Timişoara) and the two-week training will be provided by our colleagues in Belgrade.
